Unit 4 Love and Kindness



Loving and Kindness

Hello all,

I found this exercise to be very beneficial to me. I am already a caring person so this exercise helped me to expand on my natural demeanor. My nephew always tells me I am the nurturing person in the family. The sound of the ocean in the background helped me to relax and go in deep thoughts about what the narrator was saying. I would recommend this exercise to others because it will give them a chance to see if it is beneficial for them and I just think it’s a good exercise. The purpose of the mental workout is to reach your inner soul and learning to love yourself so that you can love others. You get back what you give and you must first be able to love yourself before you can really love others. You must also be able to have love for strangers. Mental workouts also help better you psychological health. I enjoyed this exercise and I’m enjoying this class as well.
